Booking Policy

Services are available for individuals 16 years of age or older

Clients are required to have at least 4 inches of hair around their entire head

If changes to an already existing appointment need to be made, clients must do so at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment

Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable for up to two appointments.

Additional guest are not able to accompany clients
Late Policy
In order to avoid inconveniencing clients, I do have a strict late policy. Clients who are 10 minutes late are required to pay a $10 late fee. Clients who are 15 minutes late are required to pay a $20 late fee. After 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled. In order to reschedule or book future appointments, 30% of the previous balance must be paid.
Cancellation Policy
Clients are highly encourages to cancel their appointments in advance. Cancellations done within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment require 30% of the balance to be paid in order to reschedule or book future appointments.
In the instance where a client arrives 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment, he or she will not be serviced and the cancellation fee still applies.
No Call No Show Policy
Clients who fail to cancel their appointment prior to the 24 hours time frame or contact Quasia directly in order to cancel, will not be able to make future appointments.
