  • Services are available for individuals 16 years of age or older.
  • Individuals under age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
  • Hair must be at least 4 inches in length around your entire head
  • If changes to an already existing appointment needs to be made, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Absolutely no same day changes
  • Please refrain from attending your appointment if you are sick. Please reschedule by utilizing the link within your confirmation email.
  • Must arrive to your appointment ALONE except for Individuals under age. (must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)

Booking Policy

A nonrefundable and nontransferable deposit is required at the time of booking.

*Deposit Refunds are ONLY issued in the instance which Quasia is unable to complete the scheduled appointment*

Clients have the option to pay in full when booking their appointment. Clients who pay in full when booking, are not allowed to cancel their appointment. Clients can reschedule by using the link located in their confirmation email. Changes to appointments can not be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Any service which is paid in full and cancelled by the client, will not be refunded.

Tardiness Policy

To avoid inconveniencing clients, I do have a strict tardiness Policy. Once a client is 10 minutes late, there is a $10 late fee applied to the remaining balance of your service. If a client is 15 minutes late there is a $20 late fee. After 15 minutes late, the appointment is cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are highly encouraged to cancel as far in advance as possible.

Cancellations done  24 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment, require no fee.

Cancellations done the same day as your appointment or less than 24 hours of your appointment require 30% of your balance to be paid. Failure to pay the 30% cancellation fee will result in you not being able to book future appointments.

In an instance where a client arrives for their appointment, but can not be serviced because he/she failed to meet the booking requirements the cancellation fee above still applies.

No Call No Show Policy

Clients who do not contact Quasia and do not show to their scheduled appointment, will no longer be serviced in the future.
